Silver Shores Senior Advisors
Stacey Carlin founded Silver Shores Senior Advisors as a way to provide a deep commitment to senior advocacy. Stacey is a dedicated Senior Advisor and Professional Guardian whose passion for improving the quality of life for older adults has guided both her professional career and academic pursuits. With experience spanning multiple aspects of senior care, she has served as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio, an advisor to a regional Parkinson’s Foundation, and holds certifications in Florida for both Assisted Living Administration and Professional Guardianship.
Deeply committed to her community, Stacey volunteers with several local aging organizations and, as a Certified Dementia Practitioner, leads educational programs for the Dementia Care and Cure Initiative. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration and a Certificate in Gerontological Studies, blending advanced knowledge with hands-on expertise.
Stacey’s calling to support families navigating the complexities of senior living is rooted in her own personal story. Witnessing her grandfather and his siblings face chronic health conditions, Alzheimer’s disease, and related dementias gave her an intimate understanding of the challenges—and the emotional weight—that families carry. Her mission is simple yet profound: to ensure no family feels alone on this journey, providing guidance, compassion, and hope every step of the way.
